1. Biography of Nengping GU
Nengping GU, male, graduated with a tea major of South China Agricultural University in July 1988 and the in-service postgraduate class of Plant Nutrition major of Guangxi University in 2004. He is now the director and professor of Tea Teaching and Research Department, senior teacher with "double professional titles", senior examiner of National Vocational Skill Appraisal and Referee of National Vocational Skill Competition. He sticks to the front line of teaching for a long time, diligent, conscientious, hardworking, willing to contribute, and earnestly fulfill the sacred responsibility of teaching and educating people. 2. Biography of Hongyuan YANG
Hongyuan YANG, born in 1971 in Jiange County, Sichuan Province, has a Master of Science in Microbiology, a professor, an outstanding scholar and team leader of scientific and technological innovation in the development of tea industrialization in colleges and universities in Guangxi, and an expert in the qualification evaluation of senior professional and technical posts in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi. Now he is mainly engaged in the teaching and scientific research of food processing and tea production and processing technology. His main research direction is the deep processing of tea and agricultural and sideline products, and the development of high-value new products of medicinal and edible plants in the south subtropics. He has led and completed more than 10 teaching and scientific research projects at above provincial level, received financial support for superior scientific research projects of a total of over RMB 5 million, developed 2 new products, obtained 2 national invention patents, published more than 20 relevant research papers, presided over one excellent course at the autonomous region level and won three teaching achievement awards of vocational education at or above the autonomous region level.
3. Biography of Rui MA
Rui MA, female, Member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Hunan Agricultural University in June 2013 and worked as a tea teacher in Guangxi Vocational and Technical College in July of the same year. Standing on the three-feet platform, she has a loving heart for the students, with full hope and never bored with teaching. This is the true portrayal of Ms. Rui MA's seven years of teaching and her persistent pursuit. She has become a professional backbone and achieved fruitful results in her seven-year career in vocational education, thanks to to her hard work and selfless dedication in her educational post. Her "Tea Evaluation and Quality Inspection"course was recognized as the first batch of the College’s gold courses, and won the first prize in the Teaching Ability Competition of the autonomous region. She has led her students to participate in professional skills competitions and won 1 national second prize, 1 third prize, 6 first prizes and 9 second prizes of the autonomous region. She is committed to teaching reform, won the second prize of national teaching achievement (ranking sixth) with a topic she participated in, and participated in 5 major quality engineering projects such as the construction of "High-Level Vocational College" professional group of the college. 4. Biography of Biyan HUANG
Biyan HUANG, female, lecturer, began to teach "Secretary Etiquette" in July 1996. She was certified as a national senior etiquette trainer in 2009. Now she is a full-time teacher of tea art and tea culture, focusing on "tea art etiquette" and tea culture related courses.
5. Biography of Mingjin YAO
Mingjin YAO, male, Han nationality, born in September 1973, member of the Communist Party of China, on-the-job graduate student of Guangxi University, Master of Agricultural Extension and senior agronomist, distinguished expert of agricultural product quality traceability project of Agricultural Reclamation Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, referee of national vocational skills competition, senior assessors of vocational skills appraisal and quality supervisors, warehousing expert of Guangxi Science and Technology Department, executive director and Deputy Secretary General of Guangxi Tea Culture Research Association.
He has presided over and mainly participated in 15 scientific research projects, for which he has won 1 National Teaching Achievement Award, 2 Guangxi scientific and technological progress awards and 1 Guangxi special prize for teaching achievements; obtained 5 invention patents; published 8 papers; edited and participated in the compilation and publication of 2 textbooks. At present, he is a tea professional teacher of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College and is responsible for teaching three courses: Tea Marketing and Trade, Agricultural Management and Quality Traceability and Tea Art for Long-spout Pot.
6. Biography of Zhihai LIANG
Zhihai LIANG, tea expert of Guangxi Science and Technology Department, tea master of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College, vice president of Guangxi Tea Culture Research Association and general manager of Guangxi Gudingxiang Tea Industry Group; In his early years, he studied tea science at Anhui Agricultural University and agricultural seminar at Kumamoto University in Japan, under the guidance of Professor Chuan Chen and Zenong Wang; He has been engaged in tea industry for nearly 40 years, and once served as the vice president of Guangxi Tea Academy, Guangxi Tea Vocational Education Group and Nanning Tea Chamber of Commerce; He once operated and served brand tea enterprises such as "Sanhe", "Jinhua", "Lijiang", "Langfu", "Bagui Lingyun", "Gudingxiang" and "Changyuchuan". He has high attainments in tea science and technology, production and management, and is familiar with the planning, operation, training and teaching of tea industry chain.
